Properties
Homes you own or are weighing up.
Properties holds two kinds of home: the ones you own, with their costs and what they're worth, and the listings you're weighing up, with the numbers to decide.
Saving a listing
Paste a link from realtor.ca or HouseSigma, or save it with the browser extension while you browse. The listing's price, photos and details come across. Favourite the ones worth a second look.
Deciding
- Mortgage: what a home really costs each month, with your down payment, rate and amortization.
- Closing costs: land transfer tax, legal fees and the rest of what you pay on closing day.
- Compare homes: two saved homes side by side.
Homes you own
Add a home you own with what you paid and when. Receipts for improvements, like a new roof or a dock, can be filed to it, so the cost base is ready when you sell. The mortgage and its payments can live in your books too.
