Getting started

Sign in, name your books, capture the first thing.

smartwith.money keeps your whole financial life in order: your household, your corp, your properties, the portfolio. You hand it the paper; it does the books. Here is the first ten minutes.

1. Sign in

Sign in with Google or Facebook, or ask for a link by email. There is no password. If you tried the calculators or scanned a receipt before signing in, that work comes with you.

2. Name your books

An account is one set of books. Most people start with their household and add a corp or a rental later. Give it a name you'd say out loud, like The Patel household or Northbound Consulting.

3. Capture the first thing

Open Receipts and snap whatever is in your wallet. Within seconds it becomes a store, a total and the tax, filed where it belongs. That first real number is the moment this starts to replace the spreadsheet.

4. Bring in your people

Under Account, invite your partner to edit, or your accountant to look. Each person gets their own sign-in and sees only what you let them.
