Account

An account is one set of books with its own people and its own plan. You can be in several: your household, your corp, a parent's finances you help with. Account is where you manage the one you're in.

Household

Switch between your accounts from the avatar menu or the Account page. Create another one any time; it starts empty, with you as the owner.

People

Invite someone by email and choose what they can do:

• Owner: everything, including billing and who else is in.
• Can edit: add and change receipts, invoices and books.
• Can view: see everything, change nothing. Good for an accountant.
• Guest: only what they're part of, like a split.

Billing

Free covers receipts, invoices and books with limits. Pro removes the limits and goes deeper. See pricing. Invoices and the card on file are in the billing portal.

Your profile

Your name, photo, email and appearance are yours, not the account's, and live under Profile.

Your data

Export everything as a zip whenever you like: receipts and their photos, books, invoices and files. Deleting an account removes all of it and cancels any subscription. Export first if you want a copy.
